The School Day
At The Gregg Prep School, the school day is from 8.30am to 3.30pm, after which children can attend after school club or go to our After School Care until 6pm.
The school gate is unlocked and children welcomed in from 8.30am. The bell is rung at 8.40am at which point the children make their way to class for registration at 8.45am.
The school day starts with either an assembly or tutor time. On a Monday and Friday the whole school meets for assembly. On a Wednesday, key stage assemblies occur.
Every half-term an Achievement Assembly is held to celebrate the children’s achievements in and out of school.

| 10.30am – 10.45am: | Break (Form 3 & Form 4) |
| 10.45am – 11.00am: | Break (Form 5 & Form 6) |
| 12.00 – 1.00pm: | Lunch (Reception & KS1) |
| 12.30am – 1.30pm: | Lunch (KS2) |
| 3.30pm: | End of Day, gates open for collection or pupils catch the Dragon bus to The Gregg School |
| 3.30pm – 4.30pm: | Clubs - Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday |
