Primary Schools Programme

Primary Schools Partnership Programme

We invite local primary schools to experience learning outside of their usual classroom environment by offering courses, competitions and experiences across a range of subjects.

Please see below for our range of courses which are aimed at students in Year 5. We can accommodate groups of up to 14 students in each session and are happy to offer transport if needed.

Bake it

Based in our spacious, food and nutrition suite, students will bake and decorate their own delicious cupcakes!

Thursdays 1.30pm-3pm: 16th May, 6th June.

Express Yourself!

This is a two-part morning where students will have a Spanish taster session, followed by a Drama workshop.

Hungry for Spanish

Students will learn some Spanish greetings followed by an imagery trip to a Spanish snack bar. During the lesson, we will learn some phrases to order snack and drinks, followed by a fun play showcasing our snack bar scene.

Drama Improvisation

In this enjoyable session, we will start with some games and develop the key skills of facial expressions, voice, posture, gesture and gait, in order to create characters. Then we will create some improvisations in groups to share with the class.
